Please provide inspiration when reaching out regarding virtual staging - this can be specific selects from the VS catalog and/or links to other listings or looks
If no inspiration is provided when initiating virtual staging, we will mock up notes based on what we think will work best and share for review/approval
If that is to be revised after initial review, a $35 fee per image is applied

$700 • 3-Minute Video - Listing video, suggested for duplexes, triplexes and townhouses
$50 • Addition of images added into video (i.e. virtually staged images added into empty listing)
$100 • Social Media Video - 2 min+ cut into a 1 min video that can be used on social media platforms
$100 • Neighborhood Footage - Existing video footage of immediate neighborhood or a list of up to 3 nearby locations (exteriors only)
$350 • Drone Footage - Addition to 1 or 2 minute video
$450 • 1-Minute Drone Video & 3 Images - Weather permitting, FAA Waiver Approval in specified restricted flying sectors of NYC
$200 • Evening Fee - Any appointment after 5 pm

We will notify you if a waiver is needed for your listing
If so, we will need:
- letter describing the scope of work (i.e. to market listing address for real estate purposes)
- copy of the listing agreement
- letter from the condo/building association providing consent to market the property with the use of drone

3-day delivery on Video orders

Any job canceled within 24 hours will incur a $100 cancelation fee per person assigned
Each job is handled by a different person, so if a job is Photos, Floor Plan and Video/3D Virtual Tour it will incur a $100 fee per artist
